HOW TO Secure your Place

A Deposit of $150 is needed to hold your place.
Full Payment of $395 is required 1 month before the trip start date.
Failure to pay the full amount by the required time will mean your place opens up to anyone wishing to fill a place for that date.

Bookings WILL NOT be finalised until full payment is received and cleared

PLEASE READ

** If your preferred dates are filled I will let you know ASAP.

** $150 Deposit is NON-refundable.

** Deposit must be received to secure place.

** Closing date is one month prior to each camps first date.

** Full payment must be received by the closing date.

** If full payment is NOT received by the closing date your place may be taken by someone else.

** Bookings made after the closing date MUST be paid in FULL immediately to secure a place.

** If for any reason your trip is cancelled, you will receive a FULL REFUND. Minimum of 3 bookings required per trip. If this is NOT met, you will be offered your deposit back, or transferred to a new date, your choice.

** Missed trips can be made up only when seats are available after the closing date.
